WOW! I can't believe it has been over  15 months since my last update. A lot has happened since then. I will try to recap what has been going on.

Since my last update, I stated all the surveys have been completed. By now you should have read the results. It did not look very good on having a clinic in Wausaukee. I mentioned contacting  Mrs Heck for some kind words at an upcoming meeting with Aurora Health Group. I did not ask her for any money because as you know our organization is a Faith group assembly, We do not accept donations since early 2013. Since then Mrs. Heck passed away. It was said at her death she was worth 27 BILLION Dollars! Maybe I should have asked for a donation. Please pray for her soul to be at Peace. 

I finished school and will be using this knowledge soon in practical applications. 

My Surgeon informed me that based on test results, I was not in need surgery.

All of the new electronics have been installed in Edith's car. Just need one more switch to turn on . I want to make sure I understand all the manuals before I throw that switch. It looks like I can only boost it another 50 hp at best. The 150hp boost is only for diesel engines.

I was to have the car inspected and qualified to drive on the "ROAD AMERICA" track in early March of 2023. But during that time I managed to get COVID. It almost killed me. It laid me up for about 7 months with numerous other health complications. Kenny is almost finished with his new building. It was blessing having him around. Speaking of Kenny, he is coming up tomorrow, 15th December, with a car I purchased back in the early 80's. It is a a 914 Porsche convertible. Talk about fun car to drive this car is awesome!  Back in the day, Kenny's brother Joe, was about to have his first baby boy. He told me he wanted my car to rebuild and give it to son when he was 16. Sounds crazy, but that is exactly what he did. But when Joe Jr. turned 16, he did not want to anything with the car, so it sat in the garage for many many years until Kenny purchased it last June. It will be great to see it again. Ken says I will never fit it again-will see, I  know I put a few pounds over the last 40 years. I remember it being very small and very fast. It is only a 2 seater with the engine in the middle of the car.

But the last news is by far the BEST NEWS!!!

During all this time, Edith Steins Sight for Humanity was granted a Miricale! After all these years of dedicated hard work, I am happy to announce that our organization has completed it goal of making it possible for families, especially the children living in all rural areas will now have access to the best possible care available!!!! I am awaiting the final legal document before we can go fully global. Hoping by January 1st, 2024. But as the surveys suggest, most people will not even read this. But we are proud to say in our life time, we were able to help some people relieve the pain and suffering of this life especially to our "FORGOTTEN CHILDREN"

Now it is only YOU to accept this breakthrough in science and medicine to make your dream come true.

Lord, Thou knowest better than I myself  that I am growing older and someday be old. Keep me from the the fatal habit of thinking I must say something on every subject and on every occasion.

Release me from craving to straighten out everybody's affairs. Make me thoughtful but not moody, helpful but not bossy.With my vast store of wisdom , it seems a pity not to use it all; but thou knowest, Lord, that I want a few friends at the end. Keep my mind free from the recital of endless details; give me wings to get to the point. Seal my lips on my aches and pains; they they are increasing, and love of rehearsing them is becoming sweeter as the years go by.

I dare not ask for improved memory, but for a growing humility and a lessening cock-sureness when my memory seems to clash with the memories of others. Teach me the glorious lesson that occasionally I may be mistaken.

Keep me reasonably sweet, for a sour old person is one of the crowing works of the Devil. Give me the ability to see good things in unexpected places and talents in unexpected people ; and give, O Lord, the grace to tell them so.

Today, 24 June 2021, I have good news and not so good news. First the Good News: as of today we have over 8,000 signed Pititions. The not so good news, because of my fault, we will not be getting the news media coverage. Sad

On July 16th, 2021, the org. sent out 5700+ post cards to all the Postal routes in Amberg, Crivitz, and Wausaukee. Into the Dark, Indeed! The organization has never been so exciting. A positive reaction took place and people reacted. Because of the files and research Sherri created, when she was talking to me, cut the mailing prep. So, as it is, the Org. is about 2 months ahead of schedule. Now prepairing for another mailing to routes in our Capital. Also draft letters are beeing prepared as follow - up to the Governor, St. Vincent's Hospital, St. Clare Memorial Hospital, Aurora Center, Dickinson County Hospital, Aurora Baycare Medical Center, St. Mary Hospital and Bellin Hospital in Green Bay.

And Sherri, if you are reading this, the Oranization truely appreciates all you have done!

Today, 9 August 2021, is the Feast Day of Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross (Edith Stein).

On Friday, the 13th of August, I woke to buy a new cell phone and came home with a new phone and a race car! The cell phone people told me to come back in about an hour while they set up my new phone. A Ford dealership was across the street and I thought I would check out cars. As soon as I seen the car I fell in love with it. As many of you know, in the early 80's, M-D Plumbing and Heating sponsored a mens baseball team from the Newark Inn in Norwood Park, Chicago lead by Tommy Williams, a womens bowling team, lead by Cindy Schwerdt and a Racing Team lead by Ken Merkel. Its funny I can still remember this but can't remember what I had for lunch. I began racing in the summer of 1971. I think once it is with you, one will always retain it. I am in the process of developing an Edith Stein Sight for Humanity racing team. I hope to meet some people on the circuit who will support our project of the Childrens clinic in Wausaukee.

 Spoke with Mr. Merkel and plan on meeting with him some time in October. I have located a track where I can take a few racing lessons and practice to a point that I feel confident to participate in some compedative Racing. I plan on shipping my car to cousin Bill's store in March or April and begin my training. On 4 Sept. 2021, I  became a Great Great Uncle to little Cloie Rae. Cloie was born 2 months premature and her Mother has internal bleeding. Because of COVID Hospital regolations, no one has seen her, Please Pray for them.

Also on this day I offically named my Pony.

And last but not least, on this day, it was Sherri's Birthday. Happy Birthday!

I was  Happy to hear you were wth most of your Family. May Our Lord Bless and protect you, your Family and ALL of your friends all the days of your lives.

On 3 Nov. it became official that Edith Steins Sight for Humanity.org, will have two cars running on the Autobaun track next summer. A BIG THANKS to my cousin Bill in making this happen. Very few people have an oppurtuinty  or the desire.

On  November 9th, 2021, I received an e mail from David Brooker, District Director for Congressman Mike Gallagher(WI-8)

He was replying to a letter I sent the Congressman on 21 August 2020. He wants to meet with me regaurding the organization!

Date is still pending. I wiil update as things progress.

On November 13th, met with Ken Merkel. He said he would drive on Edith's Team next summer. So now we have two cars and two drivers. Both cars need to be inspected at the Track. Found out I have another cousin who can transport the cars by April 2022. Ken also owns a race car. Explained the Mission of Edith Steins Sight for Hummanity.org and he agreed to promote our mission. Also talked about building a garage in Wausaukee for the cars.

On  November 30th,  the phone conversation with Mr.  Brooker was scheduled. That morning, I woke to another 4" or 5" of new snow!  Received a phone call from my sister with bad news from home. Looks like I will to cancell my trip tp Tahiti.  Informed by racing team to cancell order on new car. (www. nuccio's autogroup.com) Went out to move some snow. When I went to open my garage door, the spring above the overhead door snapped!  Spent the next several hours making phone calls for repair to my door. When I finally relaxed, I remembered the call I was to make to Mr. Brooker, I was three hours late! Called his office and left a message.

On December 1st at 9:30 am, to my suprise, I received a phone call fron Mr Brooker. We had our review conversation on the organization. He said that he liked our website and could help us  as a coach, in steering us in the right direction to complete our Mission.

On December 10th, I mailed  the invitation letter to the United Way's Project ALICE. Also mailed 20 follow-up letters to the Aurora Bay Medical Center, Bellin Hospital, St. Mary Hospital, Dickinson Hospital  and the St Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls.

I started a new design for upcoming Post Cards. Hope to get several thousand of them sent to our Capital after the first of the year. Keep those prayers  coming!

They have provided me with much valuable information as but not limited as I quote ..."as I mentioned in our phone call the Congressman contacted the Congressional Research Service, a branch of the  Library of Congress and requested any resources that may be helpful in our mission. 12 Jan. 2022 - I thought the Edith Stein Sight for Humanity Project was over due to my health. I was on this site preparing for my final entry when I thought I had better check our e-mail first. And OMG, there was an e-mail from Governor Evers Office offering help!  After all these years, this of all days I finally make contact. I swear to God, this brought tears to my eyes!  The letter was written by Bella Byrnes of Governor Evers office.  She writes: "I am reaching out to confirm receipt of your letter to Governor Tony Evers. I also would like to provide you with some additional information and contacts for helping increase access to children's healthcare in rural areas such as WAUSAUKEE.

As you may know, we have area administrators at the Department of Health Services. For the Northeast administrative area, serving Green Bay and its surrounding area's including Wausaukee, the DHS contact is Robin Raj, 920-448-5333. Additionally, the Regional Centers for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) are an excellant resource. They do not provide the health service, but know the resources, provide assistance and make referrals for services. Theirwebsite is: https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/cyshcn/regionalcenters.htm.

Again, I hope this could help somebody out there. This has given me new hope and strength to continue on.. But it is still questionable about the Race Team. Last fall I made a speed run. At about 145 mph, my car wanted to become an aeroplane and fly! It began to lift off the ground. This can be corrected with a very expensive wing and front end spoiler. This would be necessary if I ran the Silver Challange Race in Utah, which I had planned. We still might be able to enter the race if my team mate, Kenny Merkel drove the car and I was the navigator. But still very expensive. Only time will tell. The main thing is to promote our Edith Stein Sight for Humanity Organization. KEEP THOSE PRAYERS COMING AND THANKS TO ALL OF OUR SUPPORTERS! 19 January 2022 - Since my stroke, my perspectives have changed, especially now having direct contact with both the Congressman and the Governor's offices. If all goes well, l I hope to break ground for the first "Edith Steins Sight for Humanity Childrens Specialize Medical Station" This will be located adjacent our home office. Some of the larger trees have already been taken down. Still, a big problem, not just in Wausaukee, but around the world is staffing. We have a plan for possibly overcoming this problem world wide! Once our drawings are completed, I will be applying for a patented. This station will be a prototype of what I pray can be used around the world. The first international station has been planned with the French, on the island of Tahiti. We are all challenged and MUST understand what needs to be done to overcome our problems. Thank God that we are living in an era of advanced science, especially in the medical field. My ideas are of space age technologies, which many people will find it difficult to understand and accept. While I was in the hospital being treated for my stroke, due to lack of staffing, I was being treated by a Doctor in Kentucky. I would think we will be seeing alot more of this in the future. It is up to us to TRUST a set of new processes and methods. I expect to be called crazy and or a weirdo because of this new line of thinking. Some people, when they don't understand they reject. But I say, nothing ventured, nothing gained. We know the old saying, you can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink.

I expect Satan to be bombarding me more than ever as I proceed with my dream; to provide safe Specialized Childrens Medical around the world!

22 Jan. 2022 - Please pray for my Great Great  baby niece, Cloe Rae. Cloe was born on Sept. 4th, 2022, premature and only was a weight of 2 pounds. She has been fighting for life since birth. Now she has COVID along with her entire family, including my sister.

I seem to be somewhat behind in Space Age Technology. I have to go to school and learn 3 new programs. Hopefully when I finish the organization can start helping the children and their families.

Last night, I started searching for the applications for the patents, copy rights, and schooling. Would you believe I might have to take out a student loan! Studying sub-atomic levels   expensive. This will be a big test for me on the question of brain cell loss from my last stroke

I can't say much more till after I get all the applications filed. Praying office angel #1 will come back.

 29 Jan. 2022         Today I finished my first class on line. "INTRODUCTION TO QUANTUM COMPUTING" I posted a simplified map on the course on Facebook.

Also have all the part numbers for improvements on Edith's car.

15 February 2022 Today the first set of Edith's Patent forms were mailed. Also met with Kelsie Richards, to start the plans of executing the program

I met a most interesting man by the name of Stanley Milan. Stan and I are the same age. He has been racing cars for most of his life, even raced a Mustang similar to Edith's. I learned much about our car. I received the "Wing" for Edith's car but sent it back on Stan's recommendation. According to Stan, if an air splitter was installed under the front bumper, this could stop the car from lifting off the ground. When I put the summer tires on I will install the splitter. The gauge cluster should arrive next week. Those can be installed now. Witt . Ford will not install them?  I will probably drive down to "Nuccio's Auto Group" to have them install.

Soon I will be preparing follow up letters to the hospitals.

In my research, I found an article that read; ..." just as mysterious why epilepsy attacks, it will mysteriously leave the brain mostly after the age of 18, at which time the seizures STOP!" I Pray someone in his family knows this

03/04/2022       We now have a team of professionals working with us on our proposal to the Governor and Congress.

I have finished the preliminary sketches and drawings. It has been about 30 years since I made a detailed design drawing. Unable to find any of my drafting equipment and the items that I did find were terribly outdated. Purchased all new equipment. Looks like it will be between 10 and 15 pages. It will be difficult putting all this together. On March 17th, the last batch of invitation to the hospitals will be 3 months past. I should follow up on that too. And I picked up some high-performance equipment for Edith's car. It should boost her horsepower by around 100. That could put her in another class at the track for she will be over 500 hp. But this should greatly help coming out of a turn onto the straightaway. I want to have her Dyno-tuned before track day. This should tell us her top speed with-out injuring anyone.

12 March 2022    Today I mailed 30 new invitations to thirty new hospitals. Had a lot of trouble typing this file. I asked if Mrs. S could help, but she still is mad and unforgiving. She could have fixed them in about 5 minutes where it took me about 18 hours! Now I can start on the detailed drawings which I previously mentioned. I now have all new drafting equipment. Hope to finish these before spring. This morning it was 2 below zero! Still too cold to work on Edith's car outside. Ordered the summer Track and street tires. I will be mounting them on her stock wheels with red lug nuts. This will make it much easier changing out the tires when that time is due. I finally got my racing helmet-Bell, carbon series, SA 2020. Still looking for another driver and navigator closer to home. It does not seem the stroke removed any more brain cells that I normally had. The Quantum classes I am taking are going surprisingly well. Next week the first digital gauge will be installed on Edith's car at J&R auto in Wausaukee.

Not much more I can do until I finish the drawings, all the snow melts and the weather gets much much warmer . Thank you for all your prayers

17 April 2022    HAPPY EASTER!  Well a lot has happened over he last month, I hope I can remember it all.....school sucks!...the stroke has affected my right hand and makes drawing with pencils very  .......system just CRASHED!!!! wiped out entire update!! Sometimes I hate computers. Okay, I will try to remember where I left-off. I ordered new CAD software, have not received it yet....new summer track and street tires have been installed on Edith's car along with  new high tech. electronics which should boost the horsepower by 100. The next step is to control air pressures under the car. Iam in the process of registrating and having car inspected at all the tracks we plan on driving; The International Speedway near Appleton, Wisc., Road America, in Elkart Lake, WI, Blackhawk Farms near Beloit-Janesville Wisconsin and the Auto Baunn Country Club in Joliet, Illinois....the car is running Great, both Ken and I agree that it is the fastest vehicle we have ever driven!...speaking of Ken, he is building a 6,000 square foot residence in Wausaukee...the land survey is being prepared now.....I think that I might have two people to drive as Navigators-to be determined...from a letter that Sherri provided a year ago, I was contacted by Mr. Scott Wilkerson, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer....We have a meeting set up for the 21st of this month...That's about it for now, better post this before I loose it again. I also will be adding a prayer which was provided by SS Maria, of Iron Mountain, Michigan (UP) to the" Fourth Dimension" section. Thank all of you and keep those prayers coming!

4/21/2022    ...I had a converation this afternoon with Mr. Scott Wilkerson, Senior Vice President and Development Officer of the Ann & Robert Lurie Childrens Hospital in Chicago. The bottom line is that they are unable to meet our needs. But Mr. Wilkerson provided me with his knowledge in a great number areas which I can use in the future.

I received the CAD software Today.

While researching why Edith's car fly's, they say the air rushing in under the front bumper creates heat and this added to the heat from the wheels causes a heat bubble. The faster you go, the more heat develops in this bubble. Hot temperatures cause the air Pressure to 

drop and creates lift. Having  "BEYOND REDLINE PERFORMANCE" in Green Bay looking at it.  Installing the oil temp. Gauge has proved to be most challenging!!!

9 August 2022. Today, Is the Feast of Saint Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. A Great THANK YOU to Her many Blessings and favors received.

It has been a while since our last update.  will try my best to remember exactly what has been going on. Some good and some not so good. Some time ago, a woman, suggested that there was something wrong with my brain and would not allow me to see her children! I fell for it. Living alone I got scared and second guessed myself. thinking there might be something wrong with me. I was admitted to two different hospitals with two medical teams. Neither one said I had brain defects, as a matter of fact one team told me I scored higher than some doctors who took the same test. It turned out to be good for me.  Thats good news. 

I took Edith's car in and had her Dyno Tuned. Found out the car has a Speed limiter set at 160 mph. This could be the cause of the lifting sensation because the engine shuts down, same with red lining. The car was still accelerating at 159 mph. I have heat sensors for under the gas tank and oil pan. just not installed. Also have the electronics   to reset speed limiter to 185 mph with a 100 hp boost. Her tires are rated for 187 mph. I can understand why someone might think I am crazy not just very high spirited!

 I don't remember when, but our computer crashed taking with it over 5,700 files. I thought The Edith Stein Sight for Humanity organization was lost.   But my very good friend Carl, of Reliable Cable Products, was able to retrieve all programs and files. Thats good news!

 Word on the street say Sherri is safe and back home. Some say she is in house arrest or just grounded.

4th June , 2022-   TRACK DAY! OMG!!! This was one of the most exciting days of my life. Teammate Ken Merkel and I drove down to Blackhawk Raceway where we met my cousin Bill Nuccio Jr. of Nuccio Auto Group.  It was about a 4 1/2 drive each way. Ken did all the highway driving. He too is a very spirited driver, much more than I. We had a great time just getting down there. The car ran great. I think I was in the car for about 20 laps at the track.  Bill was driving his Lotus.

 Within the racing circle, I was made aware of two very influential women. One in the private sector and one, a VIP at Aurora Medical Group. I have prepared documents for the women at Aurora and hope to get them to her next week when I will be down there staying at the home of the women in the private sector. I wanted to hold off on this news until I had better news, but it has been too long. 

We received response letters from The Marshfield Clinic in Iron Mountain, Michigan and from Bellin Health. I will attempt to post these letters in the photo section of this page. I have started the follow up letters from the last batch of invitations sent to head of staff of various   Hospitals. Still having problems with Sherri's last import files 

 This summer I lost two very good friends of mine, David Moss who has been my neighbor for over 32years and John Jack Lundberg. Both were heat related deaths and both in their gardens. May they rest in Peace. Amen 

 On July 30th I entered Edith's car in the 2022 Oconto County Cruisers Car and Motorcycle Show at the Pub in Amberg, Wisconsin. In Less than a hour, I was sunburned. My body was overheating. Thinking of friends' death with the heat I decided to leave. Also, the car show at Ducy's Guns and Ammo, in Pembine, Wisconsin was undoable.               

 Recently I received a call from a woman who I know from St. Vincent dePaul. She said her three daughters are Devil worshipers and practicing witchcraft. While doing Prison and jail ministry, I preformed several minor exorcisms. I agreed to make an attempt to help them. During this same time frame, I was informed Father Vincent Sswagudde was coming to Wausaukee. I attempted to set up a meeting with the children their mother, but they did not show up. It seems like the more we try to help people the more evil comes out. Beware, the devil s everywhere!

 Thats all can remember for now.

On August 18th I returned from my trip to Chicago.  I stayed at the estate which Kenny is the Mechanical Engineer. This mansion was first built by Marshal Field back in the 1880's. The woman who owns it now has three mansions in Illinois. She has her own Jet. I was able to promote the organization by providing her with some mission documents. Did not make contact with the other influential woman I spoke of earlier but through a middleman, have made arrangements to contact maybe this week

A while ago, I posted that Kenny, and I were talking about putting up a garage. Today the ground was broken for about a 5000 sq. foot Pole Barn.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY CHOLE RAE. You might remember her last year when she was born premature and only weight 2 pounds. She fought for her life and was able to go home to her mothers  Only home a few months, she got COVID. She recovered only to get it again a few months later. But tday on her First Birthday she is healthy and a very, very Happy Baby. 

Thanks to all of you that offered Prayers for this child.

Also today is when I made first contact with that woman in Chicago. I sent her a text and provided her secretary with some documents of which these same documents were to be presented at a meeting of some Very VIP were to be attending for the AURORA HEALTH GROUP. The State OF ILLIONIS President of Pediatrics was there. I told Mrs. Heck about the organization, and as you know, this Org. does not accept donations - only Prayers. I was not asking for any of money, but only a kind word with AURORA HEALTH GROUP. She did not reply. I learned she was ill. I reminded her that we were

 a Faith base Org. I told her that we would Pray that the Lord Our God would will her to be healed. PLEASE Pray for Her

I am not sure of the exact date of that meeting with the hospital, but Edith Stein Sight for Humanity was heard. In past history with working with Hospitals it took between 3 to over12 months to get a reply but to my surprise they notified me in 3 DAYS that they wanted to help, even mentioning the word Hospital for our forgotten children!!!! They asked if I would go out into our community and ask the people what services were most needed.

I was sooo excited! Maybe we have finally found those loving and kind angels we so desperately need.  I had to tell Mrs. Sherri Schlies, for even if she doesn't realize nor understand how much she helped this organization to reach this point. She could probably share some feelings on what our community needs to improve the care for the children. I could not find her. She still may be mad at me; she is very stubborn. So, I decided to go to her house. I was met by one of her daughters and her sister - in law. They told me she did not live there anymore because she divorced her husband. My heart fell into my stomach. I never met a man who Loved his wife and children as much as Patrick. Please Pray for him and his family.  

Yesterday, 9/12, my doctors told me that I had a blockage in one of my major arteries. I may not be posting anything for a while. Now is the time for patience and Prayer. So, keep those prayers coming. Again, I want to thank everyone for your support through the years. Good bye, Love,Phili
